My Approach

I believe all people are inherently good and beautiful, and deserve to feel seen and fully understood. Whether you are brand new to therapy or you’ve been at it a while, trusting a new person with your inner world can feel overwhelming. I will seek to create a space where you feel deeply valued and safe.

As a therapist, I help people welcome all parts of themselves — the anxious parts, the critical parts, the angry parts — to the therapeutic space so that we can learn from them and gain a deeper understanding of their purpose. We will work with those parts gently and at a pace that feels manageable for you.

My therapy approach is integrative; I incorporate elements of multiple therapy modalities depending on what clients need and hope to gain from therapy. I have experience with Internal Family Systems (IFS); strengths-based; person-centered; mindfulness; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing modalities.

I believe you are the expert of your own mind and experiences, and that my job as a therapist is to walk alongside you on your road to healing and self discovery.
